Banana Oatmeal Protein Crepes




Delicious Banana Oatmeal Protein Crepes in 5 easy steps: 

YOU WILL NEED:

2 cups of Oatmeal
1 Banana 
2 cups of Almond Milk
1 Scoop of Protein
1 packet of Stevia 
2 egg whites 
2 Tbsp of Natural GreekYogurt 
1 Tbsp of Nutella 
1/2 cut of Blueberries
1 Tbsp of Cinnamon Powder
1 Blender 
1 Skillet
1 Flipper
2 Small Bowls

Step 1: Blend Banana, Oatmeal, Almond Milk, Protein, Egg Whites, Stevia in a blender. 
Step 2: Oil a skillet and pre heat on stove top.
Step 3:  Pour a thin layer of the mix onto the pre heated skillet until evenly cooked. 
Step 4: Mix the Blueberries with the Greek Yogurt in a bowl and pour in a line down the centre of the crepe. Fold the crepe onto itself, overlapping at the top.
Step 5: Place banana slices down the centre of the fold, then drizzle the heated Nutella over the top. Sprinkle Cinnamon Powder overtop. Remove from heat. 
 Enjoy!
