A peaceful day at the Museum Gardens in York, England.
The massive span of land in the city centre was once obtained by one of the largest and wealthiest Abbey's in England, St. Mary's Abbey. The ruins show a glimpse of the intricate architectural detailing dating back to 1088.
I discovered this fun and flirty playsuit at a lovely shop called Bed Boutique in Hull, England. The boutique is filled with several great lines of clothing and accessories for
women.

The pretty lace playsuit inspired this stylish, easy to wear fall look. The two materials create a nice contrast with the black lace detailing, and the cream crepe fabric. I added black accents in a variety of finishes to add texture to the outfit. This black belt is one of my staple belts, the simple style in a matte black finish works well with several pieces. This playsuit would also look great with a skinny belt to subtly define the waist.
A statement hat is a great way to create a more dramatic look this F/W. This wool floppy fedora is great for both casual or dressy styles. The wool brim on this particular hat drapes nicely around ones face and creates some warmth and shelter from weather conditions. I added the black opaque tights with a Denier of 90 to complete the fall look.
My latest obsession - this sequin necklace by Jennea Frischke Jewelry.
The pretty playsuit worked perfectly from daytime sightseeing, to our lovely Thanksgiving dinner.
